Irina Jitomirskaia, Ph.D., M.Ed.

CEO & Co-Founder

Irina Jitomirskaia is Co-Founder and CEO of 4Schoolers, where she combines expertise in education and psychology with years of mathematics teaching and student advising. She holds a master’s degree in education and psychology and a Ph.D. in psychology from Moscow State Pedagogical University. Irina leads relationships with families, schools, tutors, and partners while helping students build confidence, curiosity, and strong academic foundations.

Nicole Stabnikov, B.S.

Employee Benefit Sales Specialist

Nicole Stabnikov is the Employee Benefit Sales Specialist at 4Schoolers. She holds a Bachelor of Science in International Management, with minors in academics and finance. Nicole has tutored students and advised families on private-school applications since 2014. She coordinates schedules and payments among clients, service providers, and the 4Schoolers office, helping ensure that each family receives organized and responsive support.

Pierrepont Johnson III, M.A.

VP of Business Development

Pierrepont “PJ” Johnson III is Vice President of Business Development at 4Schoolers, where he develops strategic partnerships and supports international growth. He completed graduate study in Fordham University’s International Political Economy and Development program, concentrating in international development. A former economics and trade fellow with Young Professionals in Foreign Policy, PJ has published commentary on global development, inequality, and humanitarian issues in Fair Observer.

Alexander Lukyanov, Ph.D.

Physics, Mathematics & AI Advisor

Alexander Lukyanov is a scientist, educator, and Vice President of AI, Life Science R&D at Quantori. He earned his Ph.D. from Delft University of Technology, where his research focused on numerical methods for multiphysics and multiscale problems. With more than 25 years of experience in applied mathematics, scientific computing, and artificial intelligence, Alexander teaches physics and mathematics and brings real-world research into student learning.

Leah Prizant

Biomedical Science Mentor

Leah Prizant is an MIT graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering. Her experience includes biomedical research at MIT’s Koch Institute for Integrative Cancer Research and clinical research at NYU Langone Health’s Division of Hand Surgery. She has also mentored high school students through the HMS MEDscience TECH Moonshot program, helping them explore biomedical engineering, medicine, and clinical AI. Leah brings strong research and student-mentoring experience to 4Schoolers.

Daniyar Aubekerov

Technology Advisor

Daniyar Aubekerov is a software engineering leader, entrepreneur, and mathematics educator. A Suffolk University graduate in mathematics, he earned a silver medal at the 2021 International Mathematics Competition and was named to Forbes Kazakhstan’s 30 Under 30. He previously led engineering at 4Schoolers and worked at Amazon Web Services. He founded Runville Labs and now supports its transition into the JUMP + SAU sports ecosystem as an advisor.

Pavel Roskin, M.S.

Aerospace Software Engineer & Technology Consultant

Pavel Roskin is an aerospace software engineer and 4Schoolers technology consultant with more than two decades of software-development experience. He holds a master’s degree in physics and specializes in flight software, embedded Linux, Rust, C++, and reliable systems. His background spans aerospace, robotics, and advanced technology organizations. At 4Schoolers, Pavel evaluates technical solutions and advises on the design and implementation of dependable systems.

Yenchi Kuo

Academic and Admissions Advisor

Yenchi Kuo is an Academic and Admissions Advisor at 4Schoolers and an English Language Development teacher at Phoenix Charter Academy. He earned a bachelor’s degree in English literature from Columbia University, where he received the School of General Studies Spirit Award for leadership and service. A certified TESOL educator, Yenchi specializes in language instruction and guides students through academic planning and admissions with an inclusive, student-centered approach.

Olga Katkova, Ph.D.

Director of Mathematics

Olga Katkova, Ph.D., is Director of Mathematics at 4Schoolers and a professor of mathematics at the University of Massachusetts Boston. She earned her doctorate from Kharkiv National University in Ukraine. Her research focuses on zero distributions of polynomials and entire functions, hyperbolic and stable polynomials, and total positivity. Olga brings extensive experience teaching calculus, linear algebra, and advanced mathematical problem solving to 4Schoolers students.

Alexander Aristarkhov, Ph.D.

Biology, Chemistry & Biomedical Science Mentor

Alexander Aristarkhov, Ph.D., is a biotechnology research and strategy professional currently affiliated with ALTACELLS. His background includes R&D leadership in molecular biology and RNA technologies, including service as Director of Science & Technology at Exiqon. At 4Schoolers, he teaches biology and chemistry, prepares students for academic competitions, and mentors those pursuing internships and careers in drug development and biomedical science.

Elena Aristarkhova, Ph.D.

Biology & Chemistry Teacher

Elena Aristarkhova, Ph.D., is an investigator at Massachusetts General Hospital and an Instructor in Neurosurgery at Harvard Medical School. Her research focuses on ion transport proteins and their roles in neurological and metabolic disease, including recent collaborative work on gene-editing approaches for ATP1A3-related disorders. At 4Schoolers, she teaches biology, general and organic chemistry, genetics, and molecular biochemistry and prepares students for advanced science examinations.

Divya Bachina

Academic Advisor & STEM Mentor

Divya Bachina is a Member of Technical Staff on the Atlas team at Anchorage Digital and studied Computer Systems Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Her background includes software engineering, mathematics, science, and long-standing student mentorship, including teaching MathCounts preparation. At 4Schoolers, Divya advises students on secondary-school planning and teaches mathematics, English, and standardized-test skills, bringing current technology and analytical experience to her work with students.

Ivan Jordanov

Technology Advisor

Ivan Jordanov is a software engineer and technology advisor with experience building complex products and solving challenging technical problems. He is a Member of Technical Staff at a stealth technology company and is affiliated with Technoperia. He studied at the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering in Skopje. At 4Schoolers, Ivan supports technology initiatives and encourages students to approach computer science with curiosity, persistence, and creative problem-solving.
