iSchoolers understands that in a competitive working environment, it is often necessary to offer employees extra encouragement and motivation to be productive. According to the Stress Institute of America’s latest figures, stress is costing U.S. employers about $300 billion per year in lost productivity, healthcare, and replacement costs. One of the ways organizations are counteracting these stresses is by instituting or enhancing their Health and Productivity (H&P) programs.Companies with the most effective H&P programs experienced superior human capital and financial outcomes: an 11 percent increase in revenue per employee, lower medical costs, better attendance, and a 28 percent increase in shareholder returns. iSchoolers will offer a package of services – ride-sharing, backup babysitting and homework help – that can be used by employees at the employer’s discretion. The benefit package will consist of “hours” rather than specific services and will be available in 5, 10, and 15-hour units. All services will have to be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
